We accept payment via PayPal. This allows you to pay via credit card, bank transfer or PayPal credit.
Due to the custom nature of our products, refunds are not possible once production has commenced on your order. If you need to change something on your order, we ask you to get in contact with us before, or ASAP after placing your order, so that we can adjust it prior to starting work on your product(s). We love working with our customers to make unique pieces, so let's chat to see what we can create for you!
Customer satisfaction is of high priority. If your product is found to be faulty on arrival, please contact us immediately so we can rectify the situation for you as quick as possible.
As noted on our products, due to the nature of unfinished pine, our wood pieces may have knots or other imperfections that add to the unique character of each item. The sign you receive will vary from the picture due to the distinct characteristics of each piece of wood. By purchasing a product from us, you acknowledge that this is the case and therefore no refund will be given based on aesthetic imperfections. If you have specific requests, we ask that you note these on your order or contact us prior to ordering, so we can discuss this with you.
We currently allow 7-10 days turn around for custom orders, plus shipping time. If you have a specific deadline for your product, please let us know so that we can do what we can to ensure your goods get to you on time.
We do offer a "Priority Order" service, where your order can be pushed ahead of other standard pending orders. This service costs an additional $25 and can be added to your cart via the accessories page. We suggest pairing this with express post, to ensure your order gets to you as quickly as possible. Our turn around for Priority orders is 3 days + shipping.
We charge a flat rate of $15 shipping within Australia. Your order will be wrapped, packaged in a box (where possible) and posted in a satchel with tracking available.
Express post is also available on checkout for $20.
Orders over $150 receive free standard shipping.
Sorry, at this stage we are not shipping our products internationally due to quarantine restrictions. If you fancy our products, contact us and we will see if we are able to assist you.
We do ship to all Australian states and territories.
Our current range of products are intended for indoor use only.
We have found that removable velcro strips or blue-tack work best for the smaller tiles, due to the minimal weight. Larger pieces may be best hung with a picture hook, or using one of our custom tile shelves.
